The Check and Correct Treatment functionality of Maestro 3D Dental Studio Expert offers advanced monitoring of orthodontic therapies through the integration of control scans. By importing updated data, the system automatically compares the patient's current state with the initial digital plan, precisely identifying the stage of progress and allowing the replacement of the existing scan or correction of the ongoing treatment.

Import the Control Scan

The software allows you to import a control scan and establish an initial alignment, facilitating the comparison between the new acquisition and the entire treatment sequence. Within seconds, the system identifies the transition model that best matches the newly imported scan, enabling precise progress monitoring and the opportunity to make any necessary corrections.

Model Replacement with Control Scan

This function allows replacing the segmented teeth in the case with those derived from the control scan, while keeping the axes and the already defined treatment plan unchanged. During the pre-design phase, an initial low-resolution model is used for simulations and cost estimates. Once the assignment is confirmed, the high-precision scan is automatically integrated into the existing plan: the dental elements are replaced automatically, while the treatment plan remains unchanged.

Treatment Correction

This function allows generating a new starting point for the treatment based on the control scan while keeping the endpoint unchanged. If the therapeutic process deviates from the initial planning, the software applies targeted corrections, preserving the entire project architecture. An essential tool for orthodontists and technicians, this functionality revolutionizes the management of orthodontic treatments, ensuring real-time updates and superior control over the evolution of the therapeutic process.
