The option that allows a work folder to be set as shared is a key feature for multi-workstation and multi-license environments, typical of modern digital dental workflows.
When this setting is enabled, the system can intelligently manage simultaneous access to the same data, without the risk of conflicts when multiple users work at the same time on clinical cases or on the patient database.
Thanks to a continuous automatic synchronization mechanism, all changes are updated in real time across different workstations, ensuring data consistency, security, and integrity.
This makes it possible to centralize case management, improve operational efficiency, and enhance team collaboration, while always maintaining a high level of reliability for both the database and clinical projects.
